While thinking about Nicole's desire for a demo of Xara's features to her classmates at school, and bearing in mind that she did not want to merely use the Ellipse Tool, and being stubborn and obstinate, I came up with this mini-tutorial/demo. Obviously you can modify this ten ways to Sunday.

This is the reason I keep coming back to this forum time after time.

Its fun and dedicated to those who want to learn new things, no matter the age or talent.

Keep up the great work, lest we forget which things are really important. By the way I think some worms on a CD here on my desk, might have had their humble beginnings from a mini-tutorial like this one.

    Keep up the good work.

I'd add that your last step could be followed with right-clicking on the 'no colour' box on the colour bar. That would make the curving line invisible.

Good job, Gary. Not only for school projects but for all of us. Reminders and simplified. Thanks, Neil

I don't believe you can blend a blended object (the circles blended around the circle). So select that blend and Arrange > Convert to Editable Shapes. Then you can make a blend of the two blends.
