    Sometimes you need to "lose" part of your modeled scene in the lighting or through cropping to make the thing look more photographic. I know this is tough, giving up some of your work and all, but ultimately, it's for the good of the overall composition.

    True, So True.
    Yet so hard. In an effort to "show off" my work, I lose sight of the fact that it is the overall image that counts not the individual parts.

    and yes Gare, cropping and other touches really count to put a artistic perspective to things...
