Colour Mixer Help File

The Colour Mixer application newly available in the XaraXone unfortunately does not have a help file. It is very easy to use but if anyone has downloaded it and is wondering what any of the buttons and knobs are for, this may help.

A suggestion to make it more "operable/flexible" for lazy web folks.

Put a small icon below the Hex read-out which would copy its value to the clipboard, then web folks could paste it into their web editor.

No way to get Xara's eyedropper to pick up the colors from Color Mixer???

John, You need to arrange the Colour Mixer Window and Xara X Window so that they don't overlap.

You can use the color picker to sample any color on the desktop or any open application. You just need to make the Xara window smaller so it does not cover the color you want to sample.

Following John's excellent suggestion, Colour Mixer 1.1 now contains a "Copy To Clipboard" button.

Checkout VERSION 1.2 available as of Sunday. Check the help (pdf) file on Shift-dragging from the Hormonics and Complements (this locks the Darker and Neutral Tones sliders).
