Whenever I try to connect to download a template or buy Webstyle, I get a 'Xara Server Connection Problem'. The diagnostic tool to make sure my firewall is not interfering checks out OK. Can someone tell me what's going on? I run Windows Xp Pro SP0, Webstyle 4, and McAfee Personal Firewall.

might it be the firewall or some other s/w application you have running?
