    Hi Everyone,

This started as a practice with a bezier spline in C4D. Dropped it into a Lathe Nurbs object, then added three cubes for surface to sit on and two sides. Played around with some textures and lights. Saved the render as a tif then imported into XaraX. Created a bitmap copy and applied an elliptical darken transparency with the center 100% transparent and edges 0% transparent. It was a lot of fun making, even though I spent several hours playing around with positioning and textures.

Gidget - I am enjoying 3D very much. I'm also playing around with Wings3D

Jens - C4D is so much fun, you can't help but learn things quickly.

Gary - I guess my college courses in photography finally paid off just not the way my professor would have thought.
