Welcome to the conference Morease. Not sure why you need to post this as a poll however.

I suspect that some application or utility you have installed since installing Xara X has prempted this ability.

Try doing a clean reinstal of Xara and see if that does not correct the situation.

(Make a copy of your Xara folders and put them in another location in case you lose any Xara-related files during the Uninstall and new Install). If you don't need them, you can delete them afterwards.
