Magentic Points? pagemaker cmx5 ?

high all,
1. is there any possibility of magnetic points or invisble obejcts wich are magnetic?

i try to snap different objects (different size)
to one specific point.

Guids do not help, because of the different size of the objects.


2. Does anybody has expirence of the cmx5 export for to import to pagemaker? why do they have to be field with "no white"?...?

Maybe I don't understand your question, but have you tried the 'snap to object' command in XaraX (windows/snap to object)?

In XARA there is a special layer called guides. Every line in this layer is becoming a guide. Guide layer can be created from the layers menu. If it's visible, all shapes in it are shown as red stripped (I hope it's the right word. it looks like this - - - - - - - - ) You have to enable "snap to guides" to use this feature.
