Yeah, you already knew that. But, I just picked up the May/June Communication Arts mag at Seybold (half-price $4) and Gary has done an excellent in-depth review of InDesign.

I'm impressed. Go to the Library and check it out. Perhaps Gary can give us a few tips on the best methods of getting Xara imagery into page layout programs.

He uses a ghost writer!

Right Gary?? Every CA Reader I know, who is smart enough to read CA, has told me the same. What is even better, is telling those fine readers that I actually "know" Gary. I get the "ooooh's" like in Toy Story from the little alien toys. Move over Vonnegut.

Thanks Tad. (Who is this guy Milt who claims to know me and be a friend of mine? ;-)

You have to check out the Design Annual when it comes out(October/November issue). There is a splendid review of a product that we all know and love and is the subject of this conference ;-)

The best thing is the Design Annual is one of the most read and saved issues. And for anybody who is interested in design, you don't find any better publication than this. Even if it is a bit pricey.

Greetings All,
While at Seybold San Francisco, I had the opportunity to subscribe to Communication Arts magazine for only $48/yr (ONLY $48 !!!) so I did.

Now I discover that Gary has been writing tech reviews for them on all SORTS of programs. The Sep/Oct was on F***Hand10.

Well ,,,,,,,,,

But hey, we all have to eat; and like I said, Mr. Priester is a VERY good writer.

They are one of the best magazines for which I have had the honor to write. I have been writing graphics software reviews for them for about 2 years.
