Here's one to start this thread off -- I was entranced by the glass-like quality of the water as it slid over the sills in this river near Hartington, in east Staffordshire.

This is the mouth of the Afon Dwyryd, taken from the north shore, in Portmeirion, North Wales.

    Thank you, Maya http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

This one was taken at Ilam Hall, in the Peak District, which is a popular walking, hiking, and climbing national park which straddles mainly Staffordshire and Derbyshire.

Another one of the same river. It was late autumn, and the paths weere awash with coloured leaves.

http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif Such gorgeous places Anton! Makes me wish I could be there and sit in the grass and colored leaves beside the river....ahhhhhhh. http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif
Beauty reflected in all its natural splender in those waters... The pics of Wales reminds me a lot of various places in NZ. Wow! http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif

And John, yours too, is magnificent! Where was that one taken?
