Gimp for Windows or Linux?? If Linux, which one? I like Mandrake but have taken a break from using it, can't do what Windows does in the way of programs and drivers. Though I hear the drivers are much better and USB is not an issue any longer.
Any way, I always liked the Gimp, not much into the interface but it's a wonderful program [img]/infopop/emoticons/icon_wink.gif[/img]
Why black and white? Why not color?? They look fabulous like this, like a very refined pencil/charcoal piece, but I can't help to think they would look good colored too. How about doing a color version with an overlay so as to not loose any detail. Will Gimp allow you to do that with a transparency applied to it??
