Freehand tool problems with Xara X1

I can't duplicate on an Intel 82845 (but you probably already knew that), Radeon IGP 320M or Nvidia GeForce3 TI 200. That last one surprises me as it doesn't seem to work properly with any other software! All tested at 16 bit only as none of them have a 24 bit setting.

When you say you can't duplicate it, do you mean that you do or don't see the chain link brush being drawn during the drag in 16bpp?

So far, I've not seen this working in 16 bpp on any machine.

If I switch to 16 bit colour I can't see the brush until I lift my pen.

Reproduced on Radeon IGP 320M, Nvidia GeForce 3 and shiny new XP Media Center's Radeon 9200. No longer using the machine with the Intel video.
