When i print on Linotronic 530 driver with 2540 dpi, the bitmap filled objects appears incorrectly (half sized in x direction). Any other object position, and size is correct. Setting lower dpi the result is perfect.

Problem solved. When you use custom paper size, and need wide paper, enter the smaller value for X, higher for Y, and check option Landscape. Don't use the higher value for X with Portrait orientation. You loose many hours of hell.
