I am still not quite satisfied with the topper for the bottle. I wanted it to look more like metal instead of plastic. I used a combination of techniques on it....one was the Midas Text tut by Gbacon and then I just added some highlights of my own. The glass bottle still needs a little work but I think I will put it away for a while and then come back to it.
Have a good weekend everyone!

Great job! I think it looks cool. Just to add a little shine you could use my "Glowing Stars" tube to make the Gold look glistening. All the same, I like how you made the topper it looks great.

I guess I should've explained GF about the checkered thing....I just did it that way so that you all would be able to see that the glass is transparent. I have made the bottle into a tube that I offer for download on my website.
Glad you like it!

It looks great, Carolyn! I think for a metallic look you need more reflection. You might check out Pinoy's tutorial for chromed text and see if you can apply that to your top.

Howdy there Joelle! I went and checked out Pinoy's tut and bookmarked it. I will give it a try in a few days after I get caught up with everything else. Hectic holidays!
