WebStyle 3.1 - How To Move DropDown Portion of Nav Bar

How do you shift the location of the drop down "box" of submenus associated with an Xara Webstyle 3.1 horizontal navigation bar?

I would like to shift all drop down submenu "boxes" 10 pixels to the left. The goal is to shift the entire "box" associated with each set of submenus - NOT to shift the main menu items in the horizontal navigation bar.

Also, there is apparently a bug in the Xara WebStyle's NavBar code which causes the drop-down submenus to behave erratically when; for example, the WebStyle's horizontal navigation bar is close to the top of the screen.
