Where can I find a PDF or equivalent manual for Xara X? Is there such a thing? It would make a good companion since I am without

The WebXealot in the XaraXone is my on-line manual beginning with issue#16.

Everything you need to know is pretty well documented. It is only in HTML but you can download each issue and print them out if you want.

The early issues were written before Xara X was officially released and some of the tools icons have changed, but the information is valid.

I have tried to make the XaraXone a one-stop resource for Xara users. Have a look.

I've been going through them (nicely done, btw). Sometimes I have time away form the computer and I like to look stuff like that over. Paper would let me move with it a little more

Maybe someday I'll gather all the chapters and publish a PDF file. It just takes a lot of time and once I get started, I know I will want to change everything and about the time I finally get it finished, Xara XI will be released

The PDF idea really works - you can read the web pages into Acrobat directly (on line or off-line), save and cut out the bits you don't want. My PDF copy takes up a little over 6 MB,

    PS, what is Xara XI?

It is a supposition that by the time I assembled a PDF version Xara will have released a new version. Not based on anything.

Why don't you write a 'Bible' style Xara book. I, for one, would pay good money for it.

If print publishing proves too expensive, I would be pepared to pay to purchase it on line in the form of a PDF or e-book. I am sure there are many others like me.

I thought Gary B was writing a manual? Or have I already been told that it's been stopped?

Hi Tony, you mentioned that you had them in PDF already? Any chance I could get a copy?
