Exporting to Frontpage 2000

I am having trouble exporting the files to FP 2K, The headline shows with no animation. I have tried exporting as an AVI and as a GIF. Both have the same end product. Solid headline with pastey background and no animation. Is there a compatibility issue with Frontpage 2000? Any help is greatly appreciated.

OK. I create graphics in xara and export them to the either the development file for my client or to the clients image file in frontpage2000. Then I insert the file into frontpage. Is this your process?
