I have just completed a website for two women who design wine labels Ortega Wine Lable Design. (All the grahics were done in Xara X and the slide show on the home page is a Xara Module).

I heard from the client this morning that one of their friends who is on AOL cannot get the site.

Has anyone heard about this kind of problem with AOL and JavaScripts? I know that AOL is not the web designers best friend. Plus the Windows XP Service Pack 2 tries to block JavaScripts and Active X elements.

    Any help is greatly appreciated.

Works fine for me, I have winXP servicepack 2, with netscape 7.2

P.s. First time Gary asked for help http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/smile.gif

P.P.S. Nice design, I like the gentle flash-like design - hard to believe it's done in xara....
Is the site done ENtirely in Xara, or just the pictures?

Just the graphics were done in Xara X1. The web design and publishing was done in NetObjects Fusion.

No problems viewing the site with either Opera 7.5x or 8.00 (RC1) under XP + SP2. Even using Proxomitron as an ad / nosy-JS blocker.

She probably is trying to view the site with an old version of AOL...I also think you need Sun Microsystems Java Runtime Environment installed to view the Xara module...
