    Very cool tutorial. Effective and well explained.

    One suggestion. Too many highlights. One or two to the left of the pupil would work fine.

    I wonder how that would work if you used 5 or 6 squiggly lines with slightly different colors and did the same thing but as a brush?

    I wanted to stay away from using the brush for this particular project. Also you ever looked at any Manga art work?? The eyes have way more highlights than this example my friend!! http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/biggrin.gif I realize it's not realistic but I like it just the same! http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/smile.gif
