OT Suspicous Script

Over the past 2 weeks I have been pulling my hair out because I could only connect to the net for about 15 minutes before recieving the message below. I could no longer surf, but the Internet icon stayed on the task bar and if I clicked Status the window would flash on then disappear. The only way I could reconnect to the net was to reboot the computer. No end of searching resolved the problem. I've spent hours searching for a solution.
I downloaded the latest dat files from Norton tonight and following another crash used the trouble shooter (which I've always found next to useless) but it came up trumps with the following message from Norton
Script Blocking detected suspicious activity.
File: hh.exe
Object: FileSystem Object
Activity: GetSpecialFolder
This script was stopped.

I give this info incase any one else has picked up this script.

METHOD: FileSystemObject.GetSpecialFolder
object.GetSpecialFolder (foldername)
This method is used to get the path for one of Windows' special folders. These folders are:

0 - WindowsFolder, containing the files installed by the operating system.

1 - SystemFolder, containing fonts, libraries and device drivers required by the operating system.

2 - TemporaryFolder, used to store temporary (.TMP) files.

Could be just a bit or byte that's fallen over
