If you mean how do place your image on a web page, you need to export it in a compatible file format such as a jpg, gif, or png. These formats can be viewed in most recent browsers.

To export the image go to file--export and you will get the export dialogue box. Check the help files for more information.

    Hi tldevore,

    Welcome to the forum.

I don't know if there is a way to put a .xar file directly into an html file. I use .gif, .jpg, or .png exported from Xara X depending on how I want to use the drawing.

Hi and welcome to the forums. Mostly XaraX is used to produce images that are then imported into a web page using programs such as Dreamweaver.
However one quick way of producing a graphic in an HTML file using Xara is to select your image, create a name for it (the little label icon) and then Edit / Export image in slices (even tho it's not sliced) choose Gif Jpg or Png and hit Save. Xara X will then prompt you to see the HTML page it has created. This is a very basic page however.
