Brilliant FONTS website

Apologies for such a brief message - I typed in a much longer and more detailed one earlier on, and then closed my browser window before submitting the message (DOH)....

I'd like to share with you a great, free, fonts website: www.DAFONT.com

Among the 3,000+ fonts available, many are freely available for commercial use.

The fonts are sorted into intelligent catagories, making it easy to find a useful font. Take a look - you are almost certain to find at least one font you could be using later on today!

My particular favourite sections are the bitmap fonts (for small webgraphics - Sean Sedwards did a few similar fonts to these (not listed on this site), but here are a great many more) - http://www.dafont.com/en/bitmap.php?page=1

And also the Basic: Sans Serif fonts (http://www.dafont.com/en/theme.php?cat=401) have some truly magically designed fonts.

The only frustration about the site is the pop-up window on every page. I suggest you download Mozilla - www.mozilla.org, and turn off the "unwanted popups".

Apologies if this comes across as spam - it's not, I'm merely a visitor to the fonts directory. I do know, however, that everyone wikll find it useful, and if I don't harp on about it, no-one will go - much to their own detriment!!

Thanks for the link - its quite some site and yes, there are several fonts that will be of great use in the work I do. As an added bonus, although there is an English translation, it'll give me a chance to practice my French - such as it is!
