PSP8 Help

I've used PSP8 for a while now, and I had it set mostly on the Factory Defaults in regards to toolbars, palettes, and such. Just recently, I accidentally got rid of the toolbar that controls the tool's opacity, density, anti-alias, and such.

I've searched through the options and the help section and I can't find how to get it back (especially because I don't know its name). Can anyone help me?

I think you're looking for Tool Options which in PSP 9 can be toggled on/off with F4, or try following the menu tree View --> Palettes --> Tool Options.
