Nav linking problem

I am placing the following link in my nav bar menu:

http://www.cottonwoodranches.com/final/biorulon.htm
When clicking it adds a file and give error:

http://www.cottonwoodranches.com/fin...s/biorulon.htm

I had a look but couldnt reproduce this problem. I did however notice that the home button links to http://www.cottonwoodranches.com/indexfinal.htm as apposed to http://www.cottonwoodranches.com/final/indexfinal.htm
