    This may have been covered, but I'd like to fit my text inside a circle, but not on the path. Like a button or something. Is there a feature already or do I manually fit it? Just curious.

    Or other similar threads - this is a regular question.

    Note. Once you have placed text on (inside) a curve you can move it away from the line itself via a button on the text tool bar (sorry not time to post screen shot). Then you can 'convert to editable shape' and ungroup to remove the original circle/curve you fitted the text to.
