Choosing a preferred version of English

Charles, several weeks ago you explained in a post to this thread http://talkgraphics.com/groupee/foru...0475#706100475 that either US or UK English is loaded depending upon the computer's locale setting. This works fine in both Xara X and X1 if the computer locale is set to either English US or UK. However, if the locale is English anywhere else a dialogue box says messages in that version of English are not available and asks if the user wants US English to be loaded. Clicking "Yes" loads US English, but clicking "No" results in Xara not starting at all. Would it be possible to have UK English if "No" is selected or just having option buttons allowing the user to select their preferred version?

Just floating this one to the top. I do not have an answer, so I want the guys at xara to be able to see it without it getting buried by other posts that the user base can answer.

The simple way to ensure you get UK English resources instead of US is to rename (or delete) the US resource file. Find the XaraXenu.dll file inside the Xara X1 program folder, and rename it. The next time Xara X starts it should revert back to the UK English resources instead of US English.
