I inadvertendly must have done somthing (?): I lost my toolbox. Checked all menus and the options without success. How do I get it back?

Also, (after I get it back) how do I switch from large icons to small?

Windows > Control bars...

You will see a dialog with all kinds of toolbars. Check Toobar.

On the bottom of the dialog are five check boxes. Uncheck the Left check box.
