Is there a scale from pixals to inches that I can use? For example I want my finished product to print at 4" X 6" without reducing it or enlarging it and losing quality. Is there a way to show it automatically on Xara X?

you need File/Page Options/Units and change the Page Units.

If you need to convert from Inches to Pixels or vice versa either change the units as Simon has suggested or if you are in Pixels and want to see what pixels are in inches, copy the image and paste it into a page with Inches selected or the other way around.

The resolution should remain the same until you export the image at which time you can designate the export resolution.
