Wow ...this is pretty cool. Check out the sample on this page. It shows a man's head talking and it's fairly realistic (although the talking is not in synch at all with the mouth movements). And it keeps blinking and moving even after finishing. I have a cable modem so it would be interesting to find how long this takes to show in a dial up (it showed instantly with me)

Anyway, looks like an amazing 3d thing for the web
