If the file is not zeroed out, you can see if the fine folks at xara can recover the file for you. If it is zeroed out (very small file size.. you are sool - $hit out of luck). http://www.talkgraphics.com/images/smilies/wink.gif

After a few crashes i learned to use the program that John horn wrote i am sure you know about it xetupx just have it open and miniumized while working in xara and you can tell it how often to back up your work. here is the link from the xaraxone xetupx.zip

if it crashes just load the bak in xara and resave it. saves alot of headaches.
