    Default Sparkle Challenge

I have some of those gel pens that have a sparkly ink and have been trying to reproduce the effect off and on for the past couple of weeks .

We have had metal finishes, gel effects, and glass finishes anyone up to producing a sparkly finish?

Here is one of my attemps. The only success I have had is with using a 300 dpi .png bitmap as an overlay.
