I have been doing caricatures with Xara X for a couple of years and was wondering if anyone else has done so. I have had to be creative to do things like get the illusion of an even bevel with say a pear-shaped head. A straight round bevel causes ridges and crackling. Is there something (Other than RTFM in my vocaulary) that I am missing that would make this easier? I have done well with these, but would like to continue to improve. Some are posted at www.3DCaricatures.com. Any suggestions would be appreciated. I would also love to see others Xara X work in this genre.

I keep forgetting to ask and I'm just to "out of it" to know.

    Really, I'm serious??

PS: Dave, ever thought of doing like a XaraX version of the Village People??

    That would be really cool!!

RTFM means either "Read the f***ing manual" or "Read the furnished materials", depending on who you ask.

tried using blends. With enough steps this can give a smooth transition of colour.
