That didn't work either. After adding the name <head> i keep the placeholder selected and go to web properties. Under the placeholder tab there is still only a button that says Replace with HTML...

yes, I guess you are right. I'm using SW called ProShow Gold. It's slideshow software and it has flash output specified. I looked over that process again and can't see where I duffed it.....
