Can't repeat this at all.
With the exception of the Red-Eye adjustment, the built-in photo tools are separate to the old XPE (I'm thinking you know this anyway).

Once you buy, you can unlock it for a further 60 days by which time you'll have received the CD.

There is one download for Xtreme and another for Xtreme Pro.
