I did have this error some months ago, and I figure out that it occures each time I deleted an object wich uses a live effect. I became very careful about that - at last for some time ... :(

Each time I try to open a file I get the messafe "Spurious internal error has occurred." and the file won't open.

I tried already the expandXar.exe - but...
