Never came across this problem myself. i have a wacom graphire and xara 4 on W7 at home.

just from my own workaround when printing i find that if an A3 page is centred on SRA3, there is a shift of 3-4mm on the top border and 2-3mm on the left edge.

Note this is natively from Xara
