Tried that, but it crops the new photo when I do it.

When I replace a photo (right-click, select "replace photo"), the new photo automatically gets cropped in Xara's process of fitting it in to the existing "frame" if you will. I am trying to figure...

I've searched everywhere and have not found the answer. Photoshop uses layers differently, so I can easily see how I can effect a mask operation on one photo (the mask & photo are on the same layer)....
