I asked my artwork chappy to put some work he'd done for me onto a cd in a format that I could open in xx. He asked if .eps was ok - so I looked at the Save As formats of xara and told him yes, but...

As you both guessed, I hadn't uploaded all I needed to. I think I had only been uploading a single html file and none of the pictures. ha

So all is well... this time I used web designer's own ftp...
