yep. I'm not sure why it was acting the way it was. But I wound up undoing the FTP info (deleting the profile) and redoing it. After that, it worked. Weird.

EDIT: issue resolved. I don't know why it was doing what it was doing. But I deleted the FTP profile, re-entered a "new" FTP profile and uploaded it. It seemed to have worked. I have NO IDEA what...

Woo hoo! Just bought the new upgrade to 11 Premium. I'm using the Ultimate theme and went to switch out the image and it grayscaled my image. Any idea why? I can't find any reason or way to undo it...

yes. The FTP program allows uploading fine. It's a bit tedious though for a few reasons that are hard to describe here, but I'll try.
