Yes, I did closed and reopened the browser.

My web page is not updated at the server! It is OK at local machine but not seen as updated after uploaded to the server. I have read knowledge base and FAQ many many times but can not solve this...

Font is not bold in menu maker, but it is bold in frontpage 2000 and after upload:

I have exactly the same problem.
Try this:
From FP2000, chose "Publish all pages, overwrithing any already in the destination", it will upload all the files, then your menu will get uploaded....
