    Re: Errors On TIFF Export

    Hi Gary,

    Thanks for the reply.

    Re: Outline Spikes

Thank you for your efforts. I can still see one spike in your file. Maybe you left that one in.

I am now on the hunt for tiny little lines. What better way to spend a Sunday afternoon.

I have a client who has a logo created in Illustrator. They wanted me to take a look at it. Getting it into Xara was another story, but finally I was able to import it as PDF.

    Now I am noticing...

  19. Re: Text Spacing (Kerning/Tracking) Settings Lost

  20. Re: Text Spacing (Kerning/Tracking) Settings Lost

David, your lastest font attempt isn't close... it's exact!

I don't know how I will ever repay you... but I have visited your website, so I just might find a way. I am going to test out your...
  21. Re: Text Spacing (Kerning/Tracking) Settings Lost

I installed David's Scriptina font. It is not perfect, but it is much closer. There is a bit too thick a curl on the "b" right off the top.

I opened my two files from post 45,...
  22. Re: Text Spacing (Kerning/Tracking) Settings Lost

I'm going to try David's fix (thank you so much for taking the time to do this).

Trying a different font source is definitely something I will also try, thanks!
  23. Re: Text Spacing (Kerning/Tracking) Settings Lost

I just typed the lower case alphabet out in Scriptina. Don't know why I hadn't done this before, but anyway. As you can see from the attached file, it seems that I have unfortunately been cursed...
