This took me a lot of time (~10h) by the way but probabely a lot more would be needed to render such an image...

about eyes - i would try to draw one, than copy-paste it and use F6 tool.

reflections are much more complicated...

It's my first fight with vector graphic. A few years ago i made one in Blender (3D).

but this one was a cheep shot. It was drawn directly on bitmap in the corner ;)

I know that it has a number of bugs. I just wanted to test this program and learn something new. It took me about 8 hours...
