Following my recent trip to France I did this drawing of some snowboaders stopping to admire the view.

Bob this is a great drawing. I also really like the changes - moving the character out of the frame like that has just make the whole thing come together fantastically.
I don't think I could get tired of you still lifes Tim, they are superb.
gidgit,
I am a little puzzled by the tone of your post. I have to say I agree with your assessment of what TG is all about and if you look at my previous posts you will find that I haven't used...
I am -- it seems to me that Xtreme holds not much in the way of improvements for people who don't really make use of the plugin/bitmap effect type features. I'm know that that is not everyone but I'm...

What a beautiful boat. I also like the slight outline to the land in the background - it's given it a pleasing watercolour wash effect.
Thanks all for your comments on this!
A few - but they take a lot of effort! Most of my work in Xara can be seen here: http://www.kelly.clara.net/

I'm going to be brave and not mention who this is supposed to be. Hopefully someone will recognise him.

love this!
I love Xara and think it is one of the nicest applications to use but one thing i noticed the other day has continued to annoy me. When I select a colour from the palette and click the label icon to...

nice image - and nice car, yours?! I imagine you must know your way around xara fairly well after doing this. What were you using before?
OK I'm with Simmotino on this one. After much deliberating, and turning the layer on and off, I think the Gull completely flattens the picture. I think my motive behind adding it was secretly to add...
thanks John, Tim and Risto.
I've done some more to the image, I thought it needed a central focus.
This is the image I lost most of when my machine ran out of memory. I decided to redraw it, and I think it was worth it.
It's a view of Portland Bill in Dorset.

All,
Thanks for the replies. I'm gonna check out that auto-save app, sounds like just the ticket. I tend to get so involved in a drawing that I forget to eat and blink let alone save my work. I've...
Last night I had a bit of an issue with Xara causing me to lose a few hours work. The problem started when i tried to move some objects between 2 layers and I got an out of memory error from windows....
Awesome drawing Kane, and what a beautiful motor!
