I seemed to have fixed the missing pages in this websites case.
I was not republishing the index_htm_file, each time I FTP'd new page edits.
so that problem is fixed.

I edited a nav bar and the entire background page disappeared
So I copied another page that was just fine, put the content on it,
FTP's it to the host...

I know it says that, I did resize the pics some. Wish it was bigger.
