When using IE and you mouseover a navigation bar a small message appears next to the pointer. It normally repeats the text on the navigation bar.This is a tool tip.

Xara/webstyle4/WSTemplates is where the Projects are stored.
If your projects are not there then you have lost them.
It is a good idea to back your Project file up.
