As it turns out I was too impatient with Xara (on windows) after using ExpandXar on my file, I reopened the output file in Xara later this evening to find that it was all there, I just needed to wait...

Sorry to post in an old thread but your comment intreaged me, how exactly can a line be removed from a file, could you please explain it, else I've uploaded it incase it is easier to do...
