this is my 4th install and I have exceeded my limit and while I don't mind calling Germany, I even speak German it's just a hassle with the time diff, can I handle this by email?

I was hoping for something like in Photoshop, where you save image, then select transparancy option, then choose your transparent color.

it happens every time i try to load the program. i have used Xara in the past and loved it! totally mystified as to why this is happening.
i open designer pro 7, then try...

when i try to use the bitmap editor included in designer 7, XPE, it crashes every time!:-O
why?
using vista on my laptop.
