You will have to build both a normal web site and a presentation. To avoid any conflicts with having 2 index pages the latter will be best placed in a seperate folder under the same url.

I do. You might need to re-create the menu or salvage a good copy from one of the pages and replace all the others with it. Sometimes this is the quickest way to fix it.

The way the HTML/CSS export filter works does not allow text to reflow with changes made within the browser.

On the Web Properties - link tab you can set an object to pop-up a layer when clicked. This layer can contain any objects and links you require.

Usually it is a simple drag and drop to get the MP4 onto the page. Not sure why you are getting the error. Have you opened a ticket with support ?

Try this: Uncheck "correct automatically" on web properties - link and re-enter the url.
