forgot how to bring up the button creation bar. The buttons not on the left hand side, has it gone on holiday?

forgot how to bring up the button creation bar. The buttons not on the left hand side, has it gone on holiday?

The "Button and NavBar Tool" icon isn't anymore in the "Standard Toolbar". You'll find him in the "General" toolbar:
Menu "Window" -> "Control Bars..." -> Select control bar "General"
Or choose the shortcut Ctrl+F8.
