Well, y'all were so quick identifying 'Bergell regular' for me a while back I thought I'd better check here first with my new font query.
An example of the font I want to identify and use can be found on page 7 of this PDF:

It's the "scrawly" informal looking text that reads "If you don't have a Windows key..." etc.
ALSO
Would anyone care to suggest the most natural looking "handwriting" font that is readily available.

I have that on my computer or something very, very similar and it is called 'kids'.
I have downloaded so many fonts that look like handwriting but none look that natural to me. I would like to find one as well.
