Re: 3.2.1 updates released
Not sure if this is the place to ask the question - but is anyone else who bought the excellent Xara X very recently having problems getting the website to offer the upgrade free?
I've emailed support, but no reply yet. Should I be downloading the trial anyway, or am I to wait for CDs or what? I'm a bit confused.

Re: 3.2.1 updates released
Here's my usual drone about software quality, company responsiveness, and customer inclusion. See, now this is a company.
I don't mean to be repetetive, but I've been party to some well known sw products in contact and business management space, and their support forums were manned by a couple of straggler vendors who made add-ons to improve the product ( make it what it should have been before it was released in essentially beta form ). In the forum posts, the vendors threw out some "solutions" to usage and bug problems, and when that didn't help, they suggested you buy an add-in. It was formally known that company personnel don't monitor or respond in the forums. How dumb can you get. They viewed the forums as a liability and a cost, rather than an opportunity at public relations, and support. Answer a question once in a forum, and 200 people may be helped by the answer to one. Since the forum was not monitored, no suggestions or bugs were followed-up on, leading to mass customer exodus, "noone is listening to us".
It's extremely refreshing to see a smart, nimble, intelligent, communicative company engaged, and motivated by market response. Just as police use citizens' eyes and ears as an extension of their limited force, you use the users' daily struggles and findings. And then you incorporate those into central product development activity. Common sense to some, but incredulously foreign to many... May you remain part of the few who "get it".
Thanks for the update.

Any suggestions?

Hmm postage? although 30 bucks is a bit steep.
My upgrade cam from $49 to 65 or something like that
luckily the euro is strong so in euro`s it cams out under just 50
still enough to buy a brandnew game, but still.
